AHL

Stockton 6 - San Antonio 2

The Rampage were down a couple of defensemen due to the recall of Nikita Zadorov and Chris Bigras to the Avalanche. Brandon Gormley, who was reassigned by Colorado, did make it in time to suit up for San Antonio.

By the midway point of the opening period, the Rampage were staring at a two goal deficit. Reid Petryk (7) scored a short-handed marker to get the road club on the board. The Heat would respond with two goals in the second frame before Dennis Everberg (10) notched the other goal for San Antonio.

Spencer Martin gave up two more goals in the third to Stockton; stopping 27 shots total in the game. The Rampage were 0-5 on the power play. The club is still awaiting the return of star forward, Mikko Rantanen, who is recovering from a minor injury suffered in the World Junior Championship.

QMJHL

Rouyn-Noranda - Sherbrooke 1

AJ Greer looks to be settling in with his new club; assisting on the game winning goal for the Huskies in the third period. Julien Nantel was also credited with an assist on the opening goal for Rouyn-Noranda. He had six hits in the game.

WHL

Red Deer 1 - Moose Jaw 0 - F/OT

Ivan Nikolishin had the only goal in the game. Zach Sawchenko stopped 25 shots to earn the shutout. Conner Bleackley was even for the game.

Lethbridge 5 - Swift Current 2

Tyler Steenbergen had both goals for the Broncos in the loss. Gustav Olhaver was even. Each team had a power play goal in the game.
