Trade deadlines have passed in all three leagues. JC Beaudin has been out of the lineup for Rouyn-Noranda due to injury. The forward has returned to practice is on the verge of returning to game action.

A big moment for AJ Greer over the weekend, who scored his first goal since joining Rouyn-Noranda.

Denver's Will Butcher was named NCHC Defenseman of the Week, for his performance over the weekend against Nebraska-Omaha. The defenseman had two goals (one a game winner) and a plus four rating.

JT Compher also had a big weekend for Michigan in a sweep over in-state rival Michigan State. Compher racked up two goals and and five assists in the home-and-home series.

Mikko Rantanen (F) - Reassigned to San Antonio (AHL) - 01/09

Rantanen, who is returning from the World Junior Championship in Finland, was named an AHL All-Star last week. The All-Star festivities will be held Jan 31st and Feb 1st in Syracuse, NY.
