The streak of losses for the Rampage has now reached seven games. One bright spot continues to be the play of Mikko Rantanen, who opened the scoring with his 10th goal of the season on the power play. Nikita Zadorov (5) gave the Rampage a 2-0 lead in the second period.

The Moose would begin to chip at the lead, first by scoring on a power play late in the second frame. John Albert would tie the game at two in the third. Ryan Olsen would score to give the Moose a lead they would not relinquish. His goal was the only marker not to come on the power play.

Calvin Pickard made 23 saves. Rantanen was named the third star of the game.


North Bay 2 - Mississauga 1 - F/OT

Kyle Wood was credited with one shot in the game. Mike Amadio scored the winning tally for the Battalion.


Val-d'Or 4 - Rouyn-Noranda 3

JC Beaudin notched his 18th goal of the season in the second period for the Huskies. His team mate, Julien Nantel assisted on a tally in the same frame.

Alexis Pepin scored for the Foreurs in the second period. He has 13 goals on the season. He was also credited with four hits in the game. The winning marker for Val-d'Or was scored late in the third.
