Thursday Scoreboard

OHL 

Niagara thumps Owen Sound 7-2. The IceDogs received a hat trick and two assists from Brendan Perlini. Chris Bigras  was even for the game. A rough game throughout, the third period of the contest turned ugly and featured at least four fights. 

Peterborough trips up Sudbury in overtime 4-3. Brandon Devlin scored twice for the Petes, including the game winner. Michael Clarke  had the primary assist on both of Devlin's markers. Dominik Kubalik scored twice for the Wolves.

NCAA 

Non-conference 

Michigan uses two power play goals to upend Boston College 3-1. Luke Moffatt  opened the scoring for the Wolverines on the power play in the opening period. At the 34 second mark of the third period, Moffatt added his second power play goal of the game. The senior was named the first star of the game.
