Oshawa blanks Ottawa 2-0. Joseph Blandisi was minus one in his first game with the 67's. He received hooking and slashing minors in the third period. Daniel Altshuller stopped just 22 shots for the Generals. Ottawa has lost six of their last 10 games.

Saginaw scores four in the first, edges Plymouth 6-5. Mitchell Heard scored his second goal since being reassigned from the Lake Erie Monsters. Heard also assisted on a power play goal in the second frame. He was assessed a cross-checking minor near the end of regulation. His team mate Garrett Meurs, had a power play assist of his own in the opening period. 


Tri-City skates past Kamloops 3-1. The Americans broke a 1-1 tie with two third period goals. Colin Smith was minus one for the Blazers. Beau McCue was credited with the game winning goal for Tri-City just 30 seconds into the final period.

Portland shuts down Prince George 3-0. The Cougars were held to 23 shots. Troy Bourke had a minus two rating for Prince George. Troy Rutkowski's second period power play goal was all the offense the Winterhawks needed. The Cougars are now winless in seven games.
