Oklahoma City trips up Lake Erie 4-3. All four goals for the Barons were scored on the power play. The Monsters also had some success on the power play as Bryan Lerg opened the scoring in the first period with his second goal of the season. Andrew Agozzino gave Lake Erie a brief 2-1 lead before Jordan Eberle tied the game by the end of the first frame.
Lerg scored his second power play goal of the game near the mid-way point of the contest. Ryan Nugent-Hopkins had the game winner and only goal in the third period. Calvin Pickard stopped 34 shots for Lake Erie. Michael Sgarbossa contributed with two assists.
Spokane scores five times in the third period, dumps Prince George 6-1. Troy Bourke had the lone tally for Prince George, which came in the opening period. He was named the third star of the game. Brenden Kichton had three assists for the Chiefs.
