CHL

Tulsa falls to Texas in a shoot-out 4-3. Trevor Cann stopped 27 shots in regulation and overtime. The Oilers were out scored 2-1 in the shoot-out. Tulsa currently sits in fourth place of the Berry Conference and has already clinched a playoff spot.

OHL

Guelph trips up Kitchener 4-3. Brandon Maxwell took the loss in net and gave up all four Storm goals on 29 shots. The Rangers were 0-6 on the power play. Kitchener is winless in their last five games.

Owen Sound edges Plymouth in overtime 4-3. Joey Hishon recorded his 37th goal of the season early in the third period. He was plus one for the game. He was also hit with a 10-minute misconduct penalty past the midway point of the third frame.

Kingston skates past Belleville 6-4. Stephen Silas was minus two for the contest, but assisted on a power play goal for the Bulls in the second period. Belleville has dropped their last two games.

WHL

Saskatoon trims Moose Jaw in a shoot-out 3-2. Defenseman Stefan Elliott was plus two for the game. The Blades held a 45-35 shot advantage. Neither team was able to convert on the power play. The Blades scored twice to win the shoot-out. Saskatoon has won eight of their last 10 games.

Portland upends Vancouver 5-3. Troy Rutkowski reached double digits in goals on the season with his 10th tally in the first period of the game. He would also assist on a goal scored in the second frame. Rutkowski was plus two and earned second star of the game honors.

Seattle blanks Kelowna 5-0. Calvin Pickard stopped all 23 shots he faced to earn his first shut out of the season. He was named the second star of the game. Rockets captain, Tyson Barrie, was minus one for the contest. Kelowna had won eight of their last 10 games before the loss.
