Owen Sound doubles up Erie 4-2. Joey Hishon had the secondary assist on a second period power play goal scored by the Attack. He was minus one for the game. The teams combined for just 34 shots on net in the game. In fact, the Attack did not register a single shot on goal in the final frame.

Kitchener kept pace with Owen Sound by beating Windsor 5-4. The Rangers had a healthy edge in shots over the Spitfires 40-26. Brandon Maxwell made 22 saves in the game and earned his 18th win of the season. The Rangers are six points behind Owen Sound, but do have three games in hand.


Everett edges Seattle 2-1. The Thunderbirds have lost eight games in a row. Calvin Pickard stopped 31 shots in the loss, but was named the third star of the game.



Dinamo Mn falls to CSKA in a shoot-out 3-2. Denis Parshin notched his 15th goal of the season and also assisted on the other tally scored by CSKA. He was penalized for holding in the second period, but was credited with the winning shoot-out goal.
