Abbotsford gets by Lake Erie in the shoot-out 3-2. The Monsters fell behind twice during the game and received a first period goal from Matt Ford (9) and a second period tally from Ryan Stoa (7) to tie up the game. Patrick Rissmiller was the only Monster to score in the shoot-out.
John Grahme received the start in net and made 35 saves. The Monsters did not score on their lone power play opportunity. Stoa was named the third star of the game.

Tulsa upends Rapid City 4-1. The Oilers received two goals from Harrison Reed. Reed now has nine goals in 19 games for Tulsa. He was named the first star of the game.
Kitchener scores twice in the third period to take down Guelph 4-3. Brandon Maxwell stopped 29 shots for the Rangers. He improves to 13-5-1 on a day in which he was left off the US National Team preliminary roster for the upcoming World Junior Championships.
Saskatoon blanks Prince George 3-0. Stefan Elliott recorded his 10th goal of the season for the Blades. It was a power play tally scored in the second period. Elliott has 27 points in 29 games for Saskatoon.
