Wednesday Scoreboard


Lake Erie falls to San Antonio 4-2.  The Monsters held a 2-1 lead with five minutes remaining in the third period.  Three unanswered goals led to the fourth straight loss for Lake Erie.  John Grahame was in net for the loss and made 30 saves.  

Mark Olver (1) and Matt Ford (3) had the goals for the Monsters.  Forward David van der Gulik was recalled to the Colorado Avalanche.


Shawinigan blanks Lewiston 6-0.  Michael Bournival had three assists for the Cataractes.  He was plus four for the game, but only won six of 15 face-off chances.  He was named the second star of the game.


Portland shuts down Everett 2-0.  Troy Rutkowski did not factor in on either of the Winterhawks goals.  Portland currently leads the US Division with a 9-2-0-1 record.

Vancouver tops Kelowna 7-5.  Tyson Barrie returned to the lineup and recorded an assist for the Rockets, but finished with a minus three rating.  He was, however, named the third star of the game.



CSKA trims SKA 3-2.  Denis Parshin fired four shots on net and assisted on a second period goal.  He was penalized for hooking in the third period.
